Manchester City Star, Sterling Surprises Sister With A HOUSE In London
Raheem Sterling ensured his big sister had a birthday to remember – by buying her a HOUSE in London.
The England and Manchester City star shared the moment he blindfolded Kima-lee and walked her into her new pad on the day she turned 27.
Sterling, 23, told his Instagram followers that he was on his way to London to hand over the “small gift” he got for his sister.
The £180,000-a-week forward then showed his sister’s arrival at the house, where her eyes were covered with a blindfold and Sterling shushed the rest of his family, who were waiting inside.
Kima-lee was ushered through the front door, where the blindfold came off and she was greeted by cheers from the rest of the family, who were stood alongside some balloons that said: “YOURS”.
She then hugged Sterling as a thank you, before wiping tears away as she blew out the candles on her birthday cake.
Writing alongside the video on Instagram, Sterling said: “My sister @kymiah_mae had an amazing birthday. I thank the Lord for your beautiful soul and personality.
Our story, we don’t need to talk too much, but at least we can thank the Lord we past the worst.”
Speaking to The Times in 2014 when Sterling played for Liverpool, Kima-lee spoke passionately about her brother.
“He is so mature for his age,” she said. “He is not boasty. My Mum sets a good example.
“If he gets a little time out from Liverpool and comes here my mum presses his trousers and shirt and says ‘Right, you are coming to church.”
It’s not the first time that Sterling has bought property for his nearest and dearest.
In summer 2016, he showed off a luxury mansion that he bought for his mother, which included a huge master bedroom and a flashy en-suite.
